Under the background of the construction of “first-class” undergraduate courses, a multivariate and intelligent assessment system for linear algebra courses is proposed, which is based on the characteristics of the course itself and students' learning situation. The new assessment system has reformed the traditional examination contents and methods, strengthened the research-based learning process, and the non-standard answer examination method is novel. The rationality of teaching evaluation is enhanced by designing multiple process assessment links and scoring subjects. The system attaches great importance to the process of evaluation, and the weight of each link is set reasonably and in line with the law of students' growth, and gets rid of the disadvantages of "high score and low ability". The application of new technology and intelligent technology can give better play to the role of online platform and offline smart classroom. The curriculum resources are rich, the evaluation has evidence to follow and the process can be traced back. The implementation results show that the assessment system is practical, feasible, reproducible and operable; students' learning vitality and learning effectiveness are significantly improved. Better teaching effects are achieved.
