Abstract

The article describes an endemic plant that grows on the dried bottom of the Aral Sea - Atriplex pratovii Sukhor. The results of research have been presented on biology, ecology, geography, molecular phylogeny of till present time, the solution of controversial issues related to the systematics and phylogeny of the species A. pratovii has been proven from a molecular biological point of view. The result of sequencing the rbcL gene with the help of rbcLa-F and rbcLa-R primers was read as follows: A fragment of the gene consisting of 488 and 811 pairs of nucleotides was read: PCR product was not obtained using matK-xf-F and matK-MALP-R primers used in the first selection of matK gene amplification. Using the matK-1RKIM-F and matK-3FKIM-R primers used in the second selection in the implementation of this gene amplification, the approximate length of the P-nucleotide is 900 base.
