In the current investigation, we discovered an atrophied left lobe of the liver and an unusually uncommon and big uncinate process of the pancreas. The pancreas is a mixed, squishy, and lobulated gland. Congenital abnormalities of the liver and pancreas frequently coexist because they grow from the hepatopancreatic bud simultaneously. A strip of tissue that ran from the head of the pancreas to the root of the mesentery was discovered during normal practical dissection, which is how this research came to be done. The pancreas was identified in the tissue after histological analysis. The ventral pancreas is shown to suffer as the hepatic bud expands.
